Abstract
In order to make video surveillance more convenient and flexible, and whenever and wherever acquires the video, using 3G mobile phone as the video client and acquisition terminal, transmitting video stream through the RTP protocol in 3G network at real-time, using advanced H.264 compression algorithm to compress the captured video to save traffic and speed the transmission. Finally, the video can be clearly watched on the mobile phone client.关键词
