Abstract
A prevalent banquet called “Shisanhua”, in the Hui ethnic rural village in Gannan has abundant social and symbolic meaning .As one of Hui ethnic diet custom , the shisanhua was not only to entertain friends and guests , but also to regulate the behavior , and to realize the construction of harmonious interpersonal relationship and cultural meaning of the community construction .关键词
