Low-alkali pretreatment process of pure thick cotton fabric
摘要
Abstract
Oxidation desizing agent D-2 and multi-functional scouring agent AW were applied in non-alkali desizing and low-alkali boiled bleaching process of the thick cotton fabric ,the effect of fabric desizing on the dosage of oxidation desizing agent D-2 ,the temperature of desizing ,and the time of desizing was an-alysed .The effect of fabric boiled bleaching on the dosage of multi-function scouring agent AW ,the dos-age of hydrogen peroxide ,and the time of boiled bleaching was analysed .The effect of the new processing and the effect of the traditional alkali pretreatment processing was compared .The result indicates that the processed fabric capillary effect value is high ,and strength damage is low ,and handle touch is soft , with the optimization of the technology on thick cotton fabric ,and the processing effect is better than the traditional alkali pretreatment , and the spent liquor alkalinity of boiled bleaching is as low as 0.96g/L ,the waste water processing load is reduced ,the requirement of clean production is contented .关键词
