Abstract
Taking cotton/polyester blended yarn and polyester filament as raw materials ,the effects of dif-ferent fabric weave and structure on the shading performance is tested .Taking warp backed weave and binder weave as main structures ,12 pieces of cloth are designed ,which have different structure and compactness .The effect rules of structure parameter and weave on fabric shading performance are ana-lyzed by testing fabric glossiness and integrating with subjective visual evaluation .The experimental da-ta show that the glossiness ,light absorption ,light transmittance are impacted by warp and weft densi-ty ,yarn floating length ,color ,fabric void content etc .and then influence the light-shielding property . The binder weave is testified a better performance of shading than that of warp backed weave ,which can block light more effectively .关键词
