Abstract
The Waterborne polyurethane(WPU ) prepolymer was prepared with polytetramethylene ether glycol(PTMEG ,Mn = 2000) ,isophoronediisocyanate (IPDI) ,2 ,2-dimethylol propionic acid (DMPA ) and 1 ,4-butanediol(BDO) .Aminoethyl aminopropyl dimethicon (AEAPS) was used to modify WPU pre-polymer to gain WPU emulsion and film .The structure and properties of WPUs were analyzed by Fou-rier transform infrared spectrometry (FT-IR) ,strength ,emulsion diameter ,water absorption and con-tact angle .The WPU emulsions were used in the pilling resistance of wool fabric to investigate their pill -ing resistance ability .It was found that the modification of AEAPS could obviously improve its film wa-ter resistance ability and mechanical strength ,including the pilling ability of cashmere fabric which was treated with WPU emulsion modified with polysiloxane .关键词
