Study on recognition of trace Cu2+and Zn2+ ions by porphyrins containing different peripheral substituents
摘要
Abstract
Porphyrin compounds with excellent photophysical properties ,is a highly sensitive and selective fluorescent probes .The porphyrins that contain the ester group or hydroxyl group are used to determine trace concentration of Cu2+ and Zn2+ in water ,thus the metal i-ons can be identified through the intensity variations of fluorescence signal in different condi-tions .The results indicated that the ester porphyrin is fluorescence quenching probe while the hydroxy porphyrin is fluorescence enhancement probe ,and also show that although both the ester porphyrins and hydroxy porphyrins can show linear response to the changes in the con-centration of Cu2+ and Zn2+ ,the ester porphyrin selectivity for copper ions is higher than that of hydroxyl-porphyrin .关键词
