摘要

Abstract

At lower temperature ,Y(P ,V)O4 ∶Eu3+ phosphor materials were prepared by the hydrothermal assisted sol-gel method .The products were characterized by Thermal Analy-zer ,XRD ,SEM ,EDS ,and Fluorescence spectra .The results indicate that the YPO4 ∶ Eu3+and YVO4 ∶Eu3+ can be better solid solution with the precursors hydro-thermal treatment , which improved the performance of the crystallization properties and luminescence .The sam-ples present good spherical particle dispersedly ,particle size distribution was uniform distri-bution ,which average particle size is 1 μm .The luminescence performance of Y(P ,V )O4 ∶Eu3+ phosphors were improved after hydro-thermal treatment.
