α-Fe2O3的可控合成及机理研究
Preparation and mechanism investigation of α-Fe2O3 with different morphologies

Abstract
Spherical and cubic α-Fe2O3 were successfully fabricated through a simple solvo-thermal method by using FeCl3 · 6H2 O and CTAB .In this issue we studied the morphologies influences with different factors;we explored the growth mechanism ;XRD investigations revealed that they were proved with superior crystallinity and high purity ;SEM investiga-tions revealed that the powder had a good mono-disperse and uniform size of the particles , the reaction temperature and the concentration of FeCl3 played important roles in controlling over the final morphology of the products .The results show that :the nanocubes with a sin-gle morphology were obtained when the concentration of FeCl3 was 0 .05 Mat 120 ℃ .The spheres with a single morphology were obtained when the concentration of FeCl3 was 0 .02 Mat 160 ℃ .关键词
