低密高强压裂支撑剂的研究

摘要
Abstract
The low density and high strength proppants were fabricated from coal gangue and flyash as main raw materials and TiO2 +ZnO+ CaMg[CO3 ]2 as composite mineralizers .By optimizing raw materrials proportions and processing parameters ,w hile exploring the prepa-ration conditions and law of impact ,the proppants with low density and high strength were successfully fabricated at sintering temperature of 1 330 ℃ ~1 370 ℃ .The bulk density of the proppant is 1 .54 g/cm3 ,w hile failure rate of the proppant under 69 M Pa closure stress is 3% ~5% .The crystal phase and microstructure of the proppants were investigated by XRD and SEM .关键词
