Optimization of matrix formulation for Scutellaria Baicalensis cataplasm by orthogonal test
摘要
Abstract
To choose the optimum matrix formulation of Scutellaria Baicalensis cataplasm , orthogonal test was designed with the comprehensive indexes ,including initial adhesion ,per-manent adhesion and sensory indexes .The results of the test have shown that the optimum matrix formulation of Scutellaria Baicalensis cataplasm was glycerol ,1 ,2-propanediol ,sodi-um polyacrylate ,CMC-Na ,gelatin ,Scutellaria Baicalensis extract ,and the ratio was 8∶4∶4 .5∶2∶3∶6 .5 .The cataplasm made by the optimum matrix formulation is moderately vis-cous ,with good extension and moisture and no residue by stripping .The matrix formulation can be used to product Scutellaria Baicalensis cataplasm .关键词
