高填料纸中填料留着的研究
Research on the retention of filler in high filler paper
摘要
Abstract
The high retention rate (50% or higher) of calcium silicate extract from fly ash was studied in papermaking .The results show that only use retention agent 8060 ,when fiber dos-age is 1 .5 g ,filler dosage is 10 g ,the dosage of the retention agent for 0 .2% of the total ,the filler retention rate on average can reach 64 .66% ;Using retention agent 8060 and PAE wet strength agent at the same time ,filler amount is 4 g ,the dosage of the retention agent for 0 .2% of the total ,PAE dosage is 1 .0% ,the filler retention rate on average can reach 54 .55% .关键词
