不同筛分设备对化学浆细小纤维质量性能的影响
Effect of different fiber classifiers on properties of the chemical pulp fines
摘要
Abstract
The chemical pulp fiber was classified to prepare fines sample ,the properties of which collected by SWECO Vibro-Energy Round Separator and collected by DDJ were com-paratively investigaed .And It was used to make paper with standard fibers ,different dosage of fines on the properties of paper was studied .The results show that SWECO Vibro-Energy Round Separator is remarkably higher than that of fine by DDJ .Furthermore ,the DDJ fines are higher in surface charge ,the SWECO fines are higher viscosity and sedimentation vol-ume .Compared with the DDJ fines ,SWECO fines have reduced the bulk and porosity ,in-creased the strength of the paper .关键词
