Abstract
Before the diversion tunnel of Xiaowan Hydropower Project is gated.Exploration under water is executed twice.The suitable scheme for gate closing and leakage blocking is finalized after the actual conditions of sills and slots are made clear.Full exercises are performed before the gate is closed so that all participants well acknowledge the closing flow to assure the smooth gate closing operation. Leakage behind the gate is blocked in time based on the actual leakage after the gate is closed.Application of concrete placement under water for the leakage blocking achieves excellently .关键词
