摘要

Abstract

Concerning the design of the scheme for a penstock crossing the river in one small hydropower station, the river-crossing scheme is to be selected from the river crossing with penstock bridge or the river crossing with buried penstock in combination with the ac-tual topographical and geological conditions.In the paper, these two schemes are compared in terms of technology and cost.The scheme of river crossing with the buried penstock is finalized.Furthermore, the technical difficulties of the selected river crossing scheme are ana-lyzed.This engineering experience proves that the scheme of river crossing with the buried penstock is better when the river valley section is gentle and the riverbed is wider.
