摘要

Abstract

FPGA has high clock frequency,small delay in signal acquisition,the control logic is completed by hardware, the peripheral control,decoding and interface circuit can be integrated,and it has the advantage of fast and flexible. In the mea-surement of larger surface with dynamic changes,FPGA data acquisition system can be used to collect a large amount of grating scale signals. In the premise of ensuring the sampling precision,multiway selection can be used to lower the cost and simplify the system. A grating signal acquisition method based on FPGA and multiway selection technology is proposed,using low-end FPGA with less I/O interface,in combination with multiway selection switch,through internal processing,the multiway grating signal acquisition is realized. The results show that the method has the advantages of low cost and can meet the requirement of precision.
