摘要

Abstract

In order to reduce the application risk of tethered balloon,and meet the training requirement of main winch op-erator in the launch and recovery of tethered balloon,based on simulation theory,computer technology and automatic control theory,a detailed scheme of developing the training system was presented,and a set of interactive desktop launch/recovery train-ing system of tethered balloon was developed in combination with the function requirements and composition characteristics of the training system. The testing result indicates that the system can accomplish scheduled training task under scheduled condi-tion,has the characteristics of repeatability and risk-free,and is not restricted by meteorological and ground conditions. It met the operational and training requirements of users.
