摘要

Abstract

Based on the law of X-ray transmission attenuation,the X-ray energy spectrum data acquisition system based on DSP was designed. The hardware circuit and software design applied to energy spectrum data acquisition is introduced in this pa-per. The hardware circuit is mainly composed of pre-amplification,filtering,main amplification and peak holding circuit. The software is chiefly to analyze the preprocessed multi-channel impulse amplitude by means of TMS320F2812,and then draw the X-ray energy spectrum diagram. The system has the advantages of simple circuit design,high sampling precision,strong anti-jam-ming capability and so on.
