摘要

Abstract

As one of common structure forms of road and bridge construction,there are some difficulties of construction su-pervision and in-service monitoring and a limitation of inspection methods in the project construction of supporting structure. In this paper,a supporting structure safety monitoring system based on ZigBee and GPRS wireless communication technique is pro-posed. In the system,strain and angle about upright tube and diagonal bridging are collected by ZigBee wireless sensor net-work,then the collected data is transmitted straightly or through router to coordinator,and the aggregated data is wirelessly transmitted to remote monitoring center through GPRS subsequently. LabVIEW is adopted for compiling the PC monitoring soft-ware,which is used for real-time data display of the monitored field,data storage,query and alarm. The test results show that the system can realize the online,rapid and accurate measurement for the supporting structure,so as to meet the requirements of long-term real-time monitoring to the supporting structure.
