摘要

Abstract

The software and hardware design scheme of 400 MHz to 1 000 MHz broadband frequency synthesizer with low phase noise and low spurious based on HMC703 is introduced. The software simulation curve and the actual curve of the phase noise are provided. The debugging experiment result demonstrates that the design has achieved the expected technology index. Some software control code are also given,which has guiding significance to PLL chip users.
