摘要

Abstract

At present,the remote monitoring products are mainly applied to the large compressors and key equipments of electric power plants,but rarely employed in accessory equipments such as large fans becouse of high cost of the products. In view of the status quo,proceeding from the viewpoint of overall safety and economy,a new idea to build a lower-cost remote system for monitoring the safe operation and working conditions of fans is proposed in combination with virtual instrumentation technology,testing technology and database technology. The establishment of the system hardware was completed,and a set of software for the remote monitoring system of fans was developed. The automatic acquisition,automatic storage,real-time display of recording curves,enquiry of historical records in terms of time or working condition and remote monitoring of the fan’s safe operation and working condition parameters were implemented. The system has perfect generality and expandability. The system can be employed in different application occasions by means of extra configuration.
