Abstract
For the assessment indexes of residential planning are qualitative indicators,so the grey comprehensive evaluation of residential planning based on evidence theory is proposed. Firstly,the subjective weight coefficients of assessment indexes are determined by rank correlation analysis. Secondly,the grey evaluation coefficient about different grey classes of residential plan-ning is determined by grey evaluation method. Finally,the grey evaluation coefficients of residential planning given by some ex-perts are assembled by evidence theory,which reduced the subjectivity of the evaluation results. The experimental results show that the method can effectively evaluate the residential planning,and the evaluation results are consistent with the actual situation.关键词
