摘要
Abstract
Coins’electromagnetic parameters related to automatic coin recognition are called coin machine readable fea-tures. Traditional method of automatic coin recognition has big defection temperature drift,poor consistency,sole detecting pa-rameter and so on. In this paper,the method to detect complex impedance variation of coin machine readable feature detecting coil is proposed in this paper. The detecting system can generate orthogonal excitation signal,which has perfect waveform,and stable frequency,phase and amplitude. By the relevant detection method,the circuit can essentially improve the ability to cap-ture the weak signal formed by the difference between coins. It is conducive to the realization of online detection for coin ma-chine readable features. The system can effectively overcome the temperature drift and improve the dynamic range of signal by using dual opposed eddy current sensor. Every coin can be detected twice,thus more accurate results can be obtained by data processing. The testing results show that the system can detect the tiny difference of coin machine readable feature,and has good stability and repeatability.关键词
