Abstract
In order to make closed-loop vector control system work in the best status , a hybrid tuning method was introduced, which combines a model-based offline tuning method with a fuzzy PI online tuning method .First of all, the mathematical model of the system was constructed in accordance to the vector control theory , and the moment of inertia was calculated using the method of a constant-torque startup and freely stopping system .After that the PI pa-rameters and the inner loop compensations were calculated according to the mathematical model .Next, a fuzzy PI controller was structured , and the new PI control rule forms were put forward .The final contrastive experiments in-dicate that the hybrid PI parameters tuning method improves the dynamic performance and the steady -state precision of the system, and it is better than the system which only adopts a single tuning method .The validity of the method was justified .关键词
