The Empirical Study on Affecting Factors of Migration Of Village labors in Inner Mongolia
摘要
Abstract
As the labor force gradually liberated, the problem of rural surplus labor appears. In order to solve this problem, we ana-lyze the affecting factors of migration of village labors in Inner Mongolia and put forward the relevant policy and suggestions. There are many affecting factors of migration of village labors. In this article, we choose the income gap between urban and rural residents, the proportion of urban population to total population, the proportion of the second industry in GDP, the registered unemployment rate in cities and towns as the mainly affecting factors of the migration of village labors in Inner Mongolia. Then we establish the multiple linear regression model for Empirical analysis. Finally, we put forward the relevant policy and suggestions.关键词
