Abstract
Enterprise financial management is the activity of business entity involving money, namely the production and business operation activities to raise, use and distribution of funds involved in the activity. But in order to meet the requirements of economic de-velopment under the new situation, we should the enterprise financial management innovation. Financial management innovation refers to as enterprise financial management in the implementation after the gradual accumulation of because of the influence of the related fac-tors and change, realize the mutation qualitative leap, the alternate evolution is the process of inheritance and innovation of the enter-prise financial management process.关键词
