近5年剖宫产率与剖宫产指征的回顾性分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the changes of cesarean delivery rates and cesarean section indications in recent five years and discuss the main measures of reducing cesarean section rate .Mtehods Retrospective method was adopted to analyze cesarean delivery rate and changes of cesarean section indications in this hospi -tal between 2008and 2012 .Results In the last five years ,the cesarean delivery rate was varied from 38 .6%to 41 .2%.Fetal factorincreased slowly and became the first one among the cesarean section indications .Cephalo-pelvic factor declined year by year ,but still was inthe second place .Mother factors showed a trend of slow de-cline.There was an upward trend of social factors and precious fetus indications increased significantly .Con-clusion The keys to reduce the rate of cesarean delivery rate ares to strictly control the cesarean section indica-tions and reduce social factors .关键词
