Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy and safety ofintense pulsed light ( IPL ) combined with collagen dressings on facial acne .Methods 153 cases of facial acne were randomly divided into experimental group (78 cases) and control group (75 cases).IPL combined with collagen dressings was given for the exper-imental group and IPL alone was given for the control group .The treatment period was 2 weeks, the treatment was given 2 times and the interval was 3 weeks.The efficacy and safety was evaluated on the 3th-week and the 6th-week.Results The efficiency of experimental group (61.54% and 87.18%) was significant higher than that of control group (45.33%and 70.67%) on the 3th-week and the 6th-week , respectively.Conclusion The efficacy and safety of IPL combined with collagen dressings is better than that that of IPL alone in treatment of facial acne .关键词
