脑卒中后抑郁与卒中部位的关系研究

Abstract
Objective to provide help for the screening and treatment of PSD by exploring the relationship between post stroke depression ( PSD) and stroke position .Methods 283 cases of pa-tients were evaluated by using Hamilton Depression Scale ( HDRS) assessment , CT examination and screening of confounding factors .The relationship between PSD and the onset location was analysised .Results The inci-dence of PSD was 31.51%, occupation structure and activities of daily living (ADL) in patients with depres-sion and non depression were statistically significant difference (P<0.05).(2)The focus side (OR=1.841, 95%CI:1.114-3.044), with or without pathological changes in the basal ganglia (OR=1.815, 95%CI:1. 056-3.119) and frontal cortex (OR=1.964, 95%CI:1.032-3.737) lesions have significant effects on the oc-currence of PSD (P<0.05) except the effect of confounding .Conclusion The research supports the he rele-vance relationship between the parts of brain damage and PSD .The damage of left hemisphere of the brain , frontal lobe and basal ganglia increased the possibility probability of PSD .关键词
