培养方法及胎牛血清浓度对人胎儿成纤维细胞体外生长的影响
The Effect of Culture Method and Concentration of Fetal Bovine Serum on the Growth of Human Fetal Fibroblasts Cultured in Vitro

Abstract
The effect of single cell culture method and tissue block culture method on the growth of human fetal fi -broblasts cultured in vitro was compared ,and the best effect of which concentration of FBS on the growth of human fetal fibroblast cultured in vitro was studied .Human fetal fibroblasts were primarily cultured by single cell culture method and tissue block culture method,and the condition of human fetal fibroblasts on bovine serum (FBS) (0%, 4%, 8%, 10%,12%) was observed .Then by means of the method of trypan blue staining , the viable cells were counted .The results showed that , in the primary passage , the morphology of cell by tissue block culture method is better than that of cell cultured by single cell method , and dead cells of unable to stick wall were seldom appeared after passage .FBS had significant influence on the growth of hFFs .In the real application , when the concentration of FBS was 8%, using tis-sue block culture method to cultivate human fetal fibroblasts had a good effect .关键词
