固相萃取-气相色谱质谱法快速测定酒类产品中的邻苯二甲酸酯
Rapid Determination of Phthalate Esters in Wine by Solid Phase Exaction-Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry

Abstract
Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry ( GC-MS) was developed for the rapid determination of phthalic acid esters (PAEs) in wine products.The equal volume of hexane and methyl tertiary butyl ether (MTBE) was used as extractant , cleaned by Cleanert PEP Plus extraction cartridges , GC-MS and the external standard method were ap-plied for qualitative detection and quantitative analysis .Good linearity range for 17 PAEs were obtained in the range of 0.5~10 mg· L-1 .The proposed method determined the PAEs content in five wine samples and recoveries between 78.2%and 112.8%in wine products were obtained for the spiked sample at 1 and 2 mg· L-1 , and RSD were less than 12.5%(n=5).关键词
