Abstract
The hygiogenesis of QIU Chuji is to return to the"Yuan Yang Essential qi". He advocated tranquility and abstinence, culti-vation both inside and outside, and propounded the path of hygienism according to circumstances by climatic fluctuations of seasons. He also went further into the disease control. His health-preservation theory, enriching the traditional Taoist health thought, not only pointed out the direction for the Quanzhen Taoists practice, also provided a simple and available way of improving the health for the ma-jority of ordinary people.关键词
