The Technique of Fortune-Telling in Shih Chih and the Study about the Relation of Man and Heaven by SIMA Qian
摘要
Abstract
The description of the technique of fortune-telling in Shih Chih was mainly seen in the biographies in Western Han , which were typical of irrational foreshadowing .SIMA Qian also failed to shake off the shackles of natural determinism just like WANG Chong and WANG Fu who were materialist thinkers at that time .The so-called"heaven"in SIMA Qian's study about the relation of man and heaven still refered to the fate , and its essence was still rooted in traditional Chinese culture about the idea of God .关键词
