Some Legal Questions on the Virtual Office
摘要
Abstract
Virtual office, as a new thing, has obvious advantages and disadvantages in the practice .There're controversy on using or a-bolishing it .By analysing its pros and cons , we have found out that there are some conflicts between the virtual office and the commer -cial registration system of law .For a better existence and development of the virtual office , we should carry forward the following re-forms, that is, to reform the current commercial registration system , make regulation on the legal obligation of both the operator and the user of virtual office .关键词
