Abstract
Objective To evaluate the relationship of blood lipid metabolism and proteinuria among preeclampsia patients.Methods Forty-one pregnant women with preeclampsia and 36 healthy pregnant women in the third trimester of pregnancy as control were enrolled.Serum levels of triglycerides , total cholesterol , low-density lipoproteins ( LDL ) , high-density lipoproteins ( HDL ) and very low density lipoproteins ( VLDL-C ) were determined and compared with 24 hours urine protein of all patients.Results The VLDL-C and triglycer-ide values of pregnant women with preeclampsia were significantly higher than those of the healthy pregnant women.There was a positive correlation between increased proteinuria , higher VLDL and triglyceride levels in patients with preeclampsia.Conclusion Among patients with preeclampsia , higher VLDL and triglyceride levels were positively correlated with proteinuria.关键词
