308 nm准分子激光联合卡介菌多糖核酸治疗斑秃42例临床观察

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of 308 nm excimer laser with BCG-polysaccharide nucleic acid in the treatment of alopecia areata. Methods 1 19 patients with alopecia areata were randomly divided into 3 groups. 42 patients in the treatment group were treated with 308 nm excimer laser and BCG-polysaccharide nucleic acid,40 cases in the control group 1 were treated with 308 nm excimer laser, 37 cases in the control group 2 were treated with BCG-polysaccharide nucleic acid. At the same time,efficacy and adverse events of the three groups was compared. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group, control group 1 and control group 2 were 92.86%,67.50%and 64.87%respectively. The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group 1 and group 2 (χ2 =8.39,χ2 =9.54, both P<0.01). There were no serious adverse events in the three groups. Conclusion It is effective and safe for 308 nm excimer laser in combination with BCG-polysaccharide nucleic acid in the treatment of alopecia areata.关键词
