Abstract
Objective To study the effects of combination of rebeprazole,hydrotalcite and mosapride on patients with bile reflux gastritis after cholecystectomy. Methods One hundred and one patients diagnosed with bile reflux gastritis by endoscopy were randomly divided into Group A (36 patients),Group B (34 pa-tients)and Group C (31 patients),and treated with rebeprazole plus hydrotalcite plus mosapride,rebeprazole plus mosapride,hydrotalcite plus mosapride,respectively. The clinical outcome was analyzed after 4 weeks of treatment. Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the total improvement rate in group A (94.4%)was higher than that in Group B (85.3%) and C (67.7%) (P<0.05 ). The incidence of bile backflow into stomach was significantly more reduced in group A (97.2%)than that in group B (88.2%)and C (7 1.0%). Con-clusions Rebeprazole combined with hydrotalcite and mosapride is effective in the treatment of patients with bile reflux gastritis after-cholecystectomy.关键词
