狼疮肾炎患者的凝血功能研究--附77例分析
Analysis on the coagulation functional biomarkers in patients with lupus nephritis:a report of of 77 ca-ses

Abstract
Objectives To analyze the coagulation functional biomarkers and the related clinical fea-tures in biopsy-proven lupus nephritis (LN)patients. Methods Seventy-seven patients with LN were recrui-ted,and the pathologically types were Ⅰ-Ⅴ (1 2,1 2,4,38 and 1 1 cases,respectively). Coagulation func-tional biomarkers,SLEDAI and other clinical features were analyzed according to different pathological LN types. Results In 77 LN patients,the proportion of PTA and Fbg in typeⅢ-V patients were 47%and 40%, which were significantly higher than those in typeⅠ-Ⅱ (1 3%,1 7%,respectively)(P<0.05 ). Except the level of lipid,PT,APTT,TT,SLEDAI and other clinical indicators were statistically differen tiated in different LN types (all P<0.01 ). No significant correlations were found between the coagulation function,the SLEDAI and other clinical features between different LN types (all P>0.01 ). Conclusion The coagulation functional biomarkers (Fbg,PTA)are more frequently enhanced in LN Ⅲ-V patients. These patients seem to be more susceptible to hypercoagulative status.关键词
