促性腺激素释放激素激动剂-a在子宫内膜异位症术后的应用研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy of GnRH-a on patients with endometriosis (EMS) af-ter operation. Methods One-hundred and thirty-two postoperative patients with EMS were enrolled and divid-ed into treatment group (n=66)and control group (n=66)randomly. Patients in both groups were given con-ventional treatment such as analgesia,anti-infection and rehydration support. Treatment group was given extra GnRH-a therapy. The improvement of symptoms and recurrence of EMS were observed and compared in two groups. Result The efficacy in two groups showed significant difference (P<0.01 ). Total efficiency rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group,and recurrence rate lower than that in control group. In both groups VAS after treatment was lower than before treatment. VAS in treatment group was significantly re-duced when compared with control group (P<0.01 ). There was no difference in CA1 25 between two groups (P>0.05 ). Conclusion Application of GnRH-a on patients with EMS after operation can improve their symptoms and reduce the recurrence.关键词
