摘要
Abstract
The performance evaluation index and the system model are designed in accordance with the develop -mental needs and the growth characteristics of young talents in science and technology .Combing the division and process of a few major functional modules with system software parameter setting and operation , we design a fair , comprehensive and reasonable performance evaluation system .It will ensure the relative fairness in performance assessment , promotion and payment , which then provokes young talents to be devoted to efficient and creative research work in science and technology .It provides abundant stimulation for original and long-term independent innovation and development of enterprises .关键词
