Tolerance Design of Complex Products Considering Service Characters
摘要
Abstract
Traditional robust design methods are unable to solve the tolerance design of complex quality characters because of computation complexity .With the emergency of service-oriented manufacturing , it's difficulty to design the tolerance of service quality involved in complex products .Firstly, on basis of CCD optimal experiment design, trust region and Monte Carlo simulations were employed to design tolerance of hard component .Secondly, quality loss function was used to design tolerance of service quality .Finally, an example was discussed to verify the effectiveness of proposed method .关键词
