The Influence of Professional Associations in the Evolution of Performance Technology

Abstract
Performance technology has drawn an increasing attention from scholars in the field of educational technology. In order to have a comprehensive grasp of the research which has a short history, it is necessary to do an in-depth research on its development and evolution process. However, the existing study on the evolution process in this field in China focuses on a single perspective. In this paper, from the perspectives of professional associations and its authoritative publications, standards and ethics, as well as the certification and professional talents cultivation, it is proved that professional associations have an important effect on development and evolution process in the field of performance technology, so that the evolution process in this field is comprehensively grasped.关键词
