Research on the Quality Control of User Generated Learning Resources and Its Strategies:Exemplified with Wikipedia

Abstract
User generated learning resource is the strong complement of traditional digital learning resources, whose value has been highlighted. The mode of creation and organization of open resources make quality control become an important part in the development and utilization of the user generated learning resources. Based on the literature review, the study, exemplified with Wikipedia, expounds its quality control principle, quality control standard and the quality control strategies, and analyzes the main factors affecting the quality of the user generated learning resources. At last, the quality control framework and strategies of user generated learning resources are proposed on the basis of the quality control mechanism of Wikipedia.关键词
