摘要

Abstract

Gas is one of the important energy fluids in integrated steelworks. A coastal steel plant with annual production capacity of 9.7 million tons gives full play to the advantages of management concepts and equipments, utilizes the advantages of double gasholders joining with the pipe network, damping down of blast furnace to lower gas release, sales of hydrogen produced in COG and gas condensate used in granulating slag, to realize the operation mode of“reduction, recycle, reuse”in the gas system and gradually maximize recovery of marginal benefit.
