摘要

Abstract

The waste heat recovery system for the high-temperature flue gas from the continuous annealing line of a silicon steel rolling mill was introduced. Waste heat in the exhaust gas from the industrial furnace of the cold rolling line was recovered and used in strip drying, to reduce fume emission and save energy (such as steam) consumption. Selection of equipment type and operation parameters of the system were analyzed in detail; and expe-riences and knowhow in operational control and maintenance of the system were introduced based on actual practice.
