Abstract
MIT media lab is a success profile of interdisciplinary research. It has a unique cultural style of advocating academic freedom, adhering to opening up and cooperation, and emphasizing free management, which effectively promote the innovation in interdisciplinary research. The cultural style of interdisciplinary re-search in MIT media lab is one of the most important reasons for the success of the media lab.关键词
