中国企业国际化模式分析与政策建议
Analysis and Policy Recommendations on the Internationalization Mode of Chinese Enterprises
摘要
Abstract
Chinese enterprises have shown the dual internationalization mode, which are traditional inter-nationalization of production and emerging internationalization of capital. The former includes direct export en-terprises with their own products and technology, foreign joint venture and wholly owned enterprises and enter-prises carrying out cross-border M & A; the latter one includes Chinese companies listed abroad, companies listed in China with foreign capital stocks and other enterprises in China with foreign capital. Chinese enterpri-ses should combine the features of the business with market structure to seek the suitable developing interna-tionalizing mode. On the one hand, enterprises should actively expand overseas markets, especially open emer-ging markets with potential to pursue the best position in the global production chain;on the other hand, enter-prises should bring in strategic investors or seek overseas listing to speed up the internal restructuring and mechanism innovation.关键词
