Abstract
Though the cognitions on the effects of climate change are still different among the nations, it is supported by all nations and people that common responsibility should be shared. The theme of the third Inter-national Forum is “Climate Governance and Ecological Civilization”. In the forum, the scholars and experts discussed the cognition of global climate change and human activities, the ethical basis and path of addressing climate change, the climate governance and mechanism, energy strategy, and ecological environmental and e-conomic policies.关键词
