从有效供给角度看公共气象服务分类
Classification of Public Meteorological Service from Perspective of the Effective Supply
摘要
Abstract
The traditional classification method of public meteorological service has such shortcomings as outdated concept, lack of pertinence and poor operability. Classifying public meteorological service from per-spective of the effective supply can reflect the core contradiction of public meteorological service accurately, continue to improve the benefits of the public meteorological service, follow the trend of social development and promote the development of public meteorological service. Some principles should be followed such as the bot-tom line principle, the dynamic principle and efficiency principle. In order to improve classification of public meteorological service, we should establish the classification standard consistent with the national mainstream, dynamically adjust classification and content of public meteorological service, gradually improve marketing sup-ply mechanism of public meteorological service and give full play to function of the government as the main body of responsibility in the public meteorological service.关键词
