摘要
Abstract
The welding butt joint performance of the high strength steel used in hydraulic cylinder was re-searched .The result shows that:with small heat input and 600 MPa grade weld metarial ,the results of the tensile strength , impact value and cold bending property are good .Although the carbon equivalent of 20MnTiB is lower than that of 45#,20MnTiB is more inclined to harden,and in HAZ,most of the struc-tures is the lower carbon martensite .With proper heat input ,20 MnTiB can be used in manufacturing of the hydraulic cylinder .关键词
