Abstract
The complex structure and technical requirements and manufacturing process of integrated flange of Texaco gasifier was introduced.Lot of key problem and difficulty in production being aimed at, for example forging rough form,sample ring taking location,design and machining of corner of below sur-face,inside stock welding,put into effect of nondestructive testing,deep analysis and research and probing into being made.A more advanced and feasible improvement method rationally being put forward,the lev-el of manufacturing technology and quality and benefit of integrated flange being enhanced in evidence.关键词
